I have a question and i did a search on the Cisco site but could not find it,
We have many partner PSRN contracts on our videoconference end points and in the past Cisco replaced broken /damaged cables (like used for presentation or microphones) under RMA.
Now days Cisco is no longer replace them and say its not a part of the contract. off course our end users are not happy
What i need is a document with a description from Cisco that shows that cables are excluded under a service contract, so i can proof to the end user
