Starting in 2024, we will be upgrading your existing Umbrella license to our new package types. There will be no interruption in service, and no loss of feature functionality. However, the name of the Umbrella package you are already subscribed to will change to better align with the new packages that have our focus for product improvement. (This only affects customers on Legacy subscription packages. See package matrix below.)
There is no action required by you to receive the product improvements.
- If you are an existing Umbrella Professional, Mobility, Roaming, or Enterprise customer, you will be upgraded to Umbrella DNS Essentials.
- If you are an existing Umbrella Insights customer, you will be upgraded to Umbrella DNS Advantage.
