This update transitions the Cisco Security for Chromebook client APIs from MV2 to MV3. Customers do not need to take any action, as the client will automatically migrate the APIs once it is upgraded to version 2.2.0. The minimum required version for this update is ChromeOS v122.
Customers using legacy clients, such as the SWG Umbrella Chromebook Client or the Umbrella Chromebook Client (DNS), are strongly encouraged to migrate to the Cisco Security for Chromebook client. For more information, please refer to the migration guide here.
