3&3 Migration of Emergency Responder 1.3 to 8.6

Hello,

Customer has Emergency Responder 1.3. They want to migrate to 8.6 on new hardware. They are not interested in performing any step upgrades, rather build 8.6 on a new server and manually migrate.

Can someone tell me what SKU's they need to order to do this? There is confusion on the ordering guide....it states they need to upgrade to 7.1 first, so does this mean they can't take advantage of the 3&3 offer??

Customers can order CER 8.6 using 3&3 user license migration option (ER-USR-LIC-10-MIG) and CER 8.6 upgrade from CER 7.1 software option (ER86-SW-U71-K9).  Customer must also order CER 2.X user license upgrades (KEY-ER2.X-UPG-xxx=) corresponding to CER 1.X user licenses on installed system (KEY-CER1.X-xxx=).
