A-FLEX-3 Licensing Procedure

Hello all,

 

I'm new with the A-FLEX-3 Licensing Procedure. 

Appreciate if someone could help me explain a bit. 

Below is the background:

We've purchased the A-FLEX-3 Licenses for CUCM and CUBE Trunk Sessions. 

The order is already completed but in the CCW portal of the vendor, we need to set up the provisioning step in order to add the smart licenses in the Cisco smart account.

We've followed the "Set up" link that has been sent to our internal email.

It redirects to Cisco Webex Control Hub and ask me to bind the end user organization. 

I've done that and after binding it, in the customer subscription tab I only see the webex related licenses such as Pro-Pack and Advanced Messaging. 

I cannot see anything that is related with Cisco UC. 

In the end user smart account, I cannot see the licenses in the inventory also.

I'm not sure how to proceed from that. 

Do I need to finish setting up Webex related license first in order to see the UC Licenses on the smart account?

Smart Licensing for on-premises software is not managed through Control Hub- although it is relevant to the subscription for Cloud Connected UC, Webex app (replacing Jabber), etc.

Look in your Smart Account on https://software.cisco.com. If you don’t see licenses there ask your partner to confirm which Virtual Account they selected on the deal/order in CCW. The licenses are in their partner holding account if they failed to complete that step.
