Hello Team,
i have an issue when someone call The AA from PSTN the call is forwarded directly to operator (no greeting) when i have collect the log i see that the call manager send "181 call is being forwarded". to CUBE.
Please need your Support.

Hi there
Can you elaborate more here. Where exactly the call is failing ? If you replace the number of AA with any internal ext, does that work
181 call is being forwarded simply means the call is forwarded to a global or a specific dial peer

The call fail when calling the AA from external, no i have set incoming rule on gateway point to AA, ill change that and ill be back to you
