Hi,
I?ve a customer who is complaining because he don?t want to hear the complete unity prompt to leave a voice mail.
My question is: Is there any way to leave a voice mail without hear all the Unity prompt? (maybe a key sequence in the IP phone of the caller)
Thanks
Best Regards,
Francisco Valle

By default the key to bypass the greeting is #, but this can be changed. To change an individual subscriber, go to Unity admin -> Subscribers -> Caller Input. You can use Bulk Edit in the Tools Depot to change subscribers in bulk.
Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.
