Hi,
We have a strange issue with Jabber 12.6 CUCM/IM&P 10.5.When the users have to change their ad password , they enter the details under account in jabber , but the phone services fail . To fix it we just log the user out and then back into there phone ( not jabber) .Reset jabberhas been tried and doesn't fix the issue only phone logout and login.
Anyone seen something similiar?
