Our cluster is as follows:
Publisher in data center
Subscriber 1 in data center
Subscriber 2 local to help desk site
I've added two screenshots, one while logged into the publisher showing the phones that are local to the help desk site using the device pool assigned to Subscriber 2. All phones show the status as 'None' indicating that they aren't registered, even though they are.
The second screenshot shows the correct registration status while logged in to Subscriber 2, which again is local to the site.
Does anyone know why this could be?

Sam,
Have you checked DB replication status?

Hello,
Please check the database replication. you can run the command "utils dbreplication runtimesate" from cli of publisher.
the status should be 2 for both the nodes. If the database status is not correct then you need to fix the database replication first. you can start by running command " utils dbreplication reset all " (please be informed that this command can take significant amount of time depending upon the size of cluster, size of data and orientation of the cluster. Last time it took me 27 hours for 12 node cluster where 4 nodes were over WAN).
If the database replication is good then you need to restart the " Cisco RIS Data Collector" service on the server where you are not seeing the correct status of the phone.
you can restart the service from cli by running command " utils service restart Cisco RIS Data Collector". You can restart this service in production hour safely.
Please confirm if this fixes your issue.
Vineet.
