Adding 2nd FTP entry for CDR billing

Hello All,

I have a question regarding adding a 2nd FTP server for sending CDR's.  Our current FTP details are incorrect and not sending data. 

My question is, if I add the 2nd FTP server and leave the current, will I loose any past CDR data?

Anything already written to the first FTP destination would be lost. That is if you don't transfer that over from the first location to the new location, but that's out of CUCM's control.

Thanks for your reply Roger. We have only added the 2nd FTP, the 1st is still there but have a incorrect \ in the details. So also my question is if we change the \ to a / would that remove any historical data?

No changes to correct an incorrect path should not have any effect on previous data.
