I am running call manager 10.5 and 11.5, is there a big difference on Assurance 11.6 vs 12.1? I am new to Cisco Assurance and want to make sure we install the better one. Thanks

If you have not already I suggest taking a look at the release notes for both versions. While 12.1 will have bug fixes for bugs in 11.6, it will have newer bugs that aren't fixed yet. Look at the release notes for both and take a look at the bugs impacting both versions. There might be a bug in 12.1 that you aren't willing to deal with, and vice versa with 11.6
