1. I have the license already applied for a third language
2. I have the install procedure here:

3. The question I have is if I am downloading the IMAGES from CCO and I want to add English - UK which files do I need?
- CiscoUnity4.0.5CD1.exe
- Then, do I need ENA, ENC, ENG, ENX, or ENZ disks?
- Do I still need DISK3 (ENU) and Disk 17 (FRA) if I already have those languages installed?
When I get to step 10 from that link:
Step 10 In the Cisco Unity Languages dialog box, choose the language(s) to install, and click Next
Do I still check French and English - United States even though they are already installed? Or just English - UK?
These seme like easy questions to find answers for.
