Hi,
I am trying to add my Google Talk id in my CUPC client. It's showing status as "Waitng or Confirmation" where as my GTalk user didn't receive any connection request. My CUPS server able to ccess internet and my CUPC client is on public IP. I have created one "XMPP Federation" as gmail.com.
Can anyone suggest if there are any specific configuration required? Do I need to register my CUPS domain as public domain?
Regards,
Umesh

Did you configure the ASA to static NAT the appropriate ports to/from the CUP server?
Have you created the necessary public DNS records?
Are certificates correct?
The Integration Guide for Configuring Cisco Unified Presence Release 8.0 for Interdomain Federation walks you through this.
my CUPC client is on public IP
This will get you nowhere. The CUPC always communicates with the CUP server which in turn does any inter-domain federation on it's behalf.

Thanks Jonathan.
I have gone through the reffered document but unable to understand all the configuration. Do I need to create zone as google.com in my DNS?
Regards,
Umesh
