Administrators greeting is inaudible, very scratchy.

I have a CISCO IP7662/7915 Adminstator phone.  The main greeting is inaudible and very scratchy. I am trying to re-record to see if that will help but can't figure out how to do this? I was told I can't because it was programmed on the back-end.  What does that even mean?

When you reference the "main greeting" what are you referring to?  Are inbound calls being routed to UCCX or Unity Connection (Call Handler)?
