ADSchema Update diff btwn 4.05 and 4.1

If I already successfully updated ADSchema on 4.05 but plan to use Unity 4.1, do I have to do the ADSchema again?

No, there were no changes to the schema between 4.0(5) and 4.1 so you'll be fine without updating again.
