we have migrated Call Manager & Cisco Unity from 11.5 to 12.5 but after migration, i found that the Caller Input is not working.
we have changed the IP and hostnames during migration.
phone registration and calls in/out tested.
upgrade Voice Gateway (ISR 4321)
tried to use this command <dtmf-relay rtp-nte sip-kpml> but no success.
