Agent Team and Reskilling not found in CCMP 10.5

CCMP 10.5 was installed and when i tried to create a supervisor who can view the list of Agent Teams and Re-skilling , I'm not able to see the list.

Please advice if anyone have faced this issue and how to rectify this.
