I'm hoping someone can help.
We have had a request from the business to change the behaviour of alerting names on hunt pilots.
We have a number of marketing numbers that go to the same team. These are setup as hunt pilots on callmanager with different alerting names.
Currently when a call rings on the phone, the user sees what number is calling and the name of the hunt pilot that is being called. However once they pick up the display changes to just be the number that is calling.
Is there any way to change this so that the name of the hunt pilot being called is persistent along with the number that is calling for the duration of the call?
We are using callmanager v8.5.1.12900-7
