Amazing problem.... I can't delete user from the Unity connection

Hello all,

I have this strange problem... When I tried to delete a user with a mailbox in the Unity Connection 8.0 on CUCMBE, I found that the delete button didn't exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How I can delete this guy.... there is no LDAP integration.

Kindly find the attachments.

Delete this user from CallManager first.

Thanks a lor Roman, but the problem that I need this End User for Extension Mobility. So everytime I want to delete a mailbox I must delete the End User, I think this will be difficult.

So if any one have another idea?

as far as I know there is no other way to do this. Delete the user from callmanager, go back to Unity Connection, delete voicemail box, go to back to CallManager to recreate the user, and don't import the user into CUC.

That's the way to do it and that's the way it's documented.

Note In Cisco Unified Communications Manager  Business Edition (CMBE), you delete Cisco Unity Connection user accounts  in Cisco Unified CM Administration. (Use the applicable User Management  page to find the user or application user, then delete.)
