Hello All,
I could not enable APNS feature on Call Manager (12.5) .I tried to enable this all the ways but no luck. Please assist.

Do you have the referenced certificates in the trust store or have you selected the check box referenced in the message to let Cisco manage the certificates?

Please, show us screenshot for https://your-cucm-ip/ccmadmin/cloudOnBoarding.do
And should check FW rules which must approve your CUCM connection to Cisco Cloud.

If the OP uses a proxy there would be no need for any rules in a firewall.
