When upgrading a CUCM, Unity and UCCX I cant find any data on the application upgrade matrix of compatibility. There is a lot of info on how to upgrade the CUCM but not much on what to do with the two other applications. If you just want to upgrade the CUCM and do the other applications over a longer time line, how do you know if interoperability will be maintained? For example if we take the CUCM from 7.1.5 to 10.5 including a P2V move, will the 8.0 UCCX and Unity operate while we schedule there upgrade?
