Application user with different accesses

Hello,

can anyone help to understand the concept of roles and Acces Control Group?

I need to understand if it's possible to have one user with acces to CUCM but just to few menus and even in restrict the access inside those menus.

For example one user that have access to change configuration in some phones and not in all phones.

That is not possible, it's not that granular, if they have access to a certain menu ie phones, they will see ALL phones that are available, you cannot limit what they see within a certain menu they have access to.
