apply license to CUCM

I bought a CUCM 10.5. It is pre-installed on the 6000 server.

When I logon to the CUCM GUI, it says the system has not synchronized with Cisco Prime License Manager.

I have the DVD "Includes License and Warranty".

How do I use the Cisco Prime License Manager to install the license?

Thanks.

Chi

The system has not synchronized successfully with Cisco Prime License Manager for 9 days. If successful synchronization does not occur within the next 51 days, you will no longer be able to provision users and devices.

I have been configuring the CUCM. It is working fine. But I need to install the license ( I have a temp license now which will expire soon)

I got the PAK from the purchase package. Please see the attached file.

I followed the instruction on the PAK sheet to go to

http://www.cisco.com/go/license

In Product License Registration Page, I got the following error:

Incomplete CPR Profile

In order to use Cisco Software Licensing

portal and to ensure secure access to

your license information, we validate

your log in information and require your

full address. Please follow this link to

return to Profile Manager to complete

your profile

I clicked the link but it did not lead me to Profile Manager to complete my profile

I need detailed instructions to install my CUCM license. I am very confused.

No one can tell me exactly what to do.

Thanks.

Hi.

It seems it could be issue with CCOID permissions.

I tried enetring PAK and is working. You can send mail  to licensing@cisco.com to get licenses.

regds,

aman

I agree with Aman [+5] , looks like a permission issue. You can open a case with TAC licensing team or email them at licensing@cisco.com as suggested.
