ARC Operator Console BLF status Monitoring

Hi,

I have ARC 5.1.1 installed with CUCM 7.1.3 and the issue is Operator Console not monitoring some phones for BLF status,its showing unavailable icon.

Anu idea..

Which model of BLF monitoring are you using?

The new CTI Server (i.e. no phones associated to the ARC TAPI accounts, BLF NOT checked on the contacts in ARC Admin)?

Or the old way (all phones assocaited to the ARC TAPI accounts, no CTI Server, and BLF set checked on the contacts in ARC Admin)?
