Attendant Console Business Edition missed call option

Hi,

If we receive a call on attendant console and operator won't be able answer it, where will the missed or unanswered call go in attendant console client. I can't seem to find the missed call option, anyone have any idea where it might be?

Hi Anees,

As per my understanding we do not have any feature to check missed calls on the operator using CUBAC. The system is working as designed regarding calls to the DDI (queue number). When the queue is called the call stays on the DDI until an operator picks it up. That's when the received call is seen on the directory. The phone will not show it as a missed call as it was not sent to a device but stayed on the CUBAC server.
