Hi,
I have a customer that just installed a Attendant Console 9.x and they are getting the following error, any help will be greatly appreciated.
" You ext 1017 is out of service You will not be able to make or receive calls"

check for Calling Search Space assigned to this extension 1017 in CUCM.

Hi Eddie,
Please check the following :
1. Check the CTI RP's and Ports on CUCM. You can sort these using Description with "ASD"
We need to check the status of the port reisteration.
2. On the CUEAC server, Click Start >> Type in Dialer and check if the Cisco Lines are present.
3. On the Application User in CUCM, check if the desired phone is under the controlled devices section.
