Attendant console cannot initiate calls.

Hello All,

A customer's attendant console cannot initiate calls though the attached deskphone can make calls.

The following error message is always returned when calls are initiated from the console:

unable to make call.
The following error was returned:
INVALID STSATE

Any help to resolve this?

You need to mention what AC you're using, version, if this was working before, and what troubleshooting have you already done.

It was working before.The problem started about a  month ago.
