Attendant Console CUCM 8.5

Hi all, I just accomplish one upgrade of CUCM 6.X to 8.5, we had two receptionists with attendant console, let me know what is the procedure to activate the attendant again because all I get on cisco.com is related to a server of attendant, we buy the new license for the Attendant.

So, were you using the built in Cisco attendant console before? As of CUCM 8.0 this is no longer available and you need to purchase attendant console solution.  Cisco uses OEM product from ARC solutions such as CUEAC for example:

or there are many other 3rd party options preferred by many of us.

There's no longer any AC included in CUCM 8.X+

The info is correct, you need one of the CUxAC options.
