Attendant Console (CUEAC)

Custom tabs seem to be gone in CUEAC.

Directory tabs within CUEAC are limited to AD attributes which are rarely accurate.

Users moving from free to the new are not happy with this.

Moving forward with software but actually moving back in functionality for users.

Any suggestions on this?

Hi Paul,

I believe that you are referring to the customized speed dial tabs that operators have created within the legacy Attendant Console which was included with older versions of CUCM. Unfortunately, CUEAC does not support importing those customized speed dial tabs from the old console.  Customized tabs and speed dials can still be created within CUEAC. The newly released Cisco UAC Standard product was designed to be a direct replacement for the legacy Attendant Console and does support importing customized speed dial tabs that operators have created.
