Attendant console is showing one user as busy when he is not on the phone. All other users appear to be ok.

What happens if you reboot the users phone or log the attendant out/in to their console?
Are you using extn mobility? If so, log the user out and back in again. If these don't clear the issue maybe try deleting the users phone or UDP (if using extn mobility)

We have tried rebooting the phone, logging in and out of AC. No extension mobility in this case. I was trying to avoid recreating the phone.
