We run Call Manager 4.13 and I have a group of operators running Attendant Console.
What is the best way to replace the MOH while the call is being routed to the operator with a ringback sound?

You can change the MOH audio source.
Place your .mp3 / .wav files on the location given below:
c:\Program files\Cisco\MOH\DropMOHAudioSourceFilesHere
Now go to callmanager administration web page
Service ---- Media Resource ---- Music On Hold Audio Source
Now you can see the file you droped in the " MOH Audio Source File * " field.

Wow - 1 year after I originally posted this message!
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've created the ringback.wav file and placed it as a MOH source.
My final question is - how do I point the MOH process used in my Attendant Console application to his MOH source. I don't want any other devices looking to his as their MOH.

Cisco CallManager Attendant Console

Music On Hold
If you have chosen an audio source from the Network Hold Audio Source and the User Hold MOH Audio Source drop-down list boxes in the Device Pool window, queued callers receive music on hold while in the queue.
