Audio quality issue if Attendant consol transfers the call

Hi Team,

We are deploying attendant console with Cisco CUCM 9.x in out network and we have strange issue happening. 75% of Console transfer calls are having Voice quality issue. Normal Transfer calls from IP phone end point to Ip phone endpoint have no issues.

Calls are transferred in Local LAN and QOS is configured.

Any idea what can we use to resolve the issue.

Could you provide a little more detail about your deployment?

 

1. What does the call flow look like?

PSTN -> PRI -> CUCM -> CUAC?

 

2. Do the quality issues occur when attendant console transfers calls coming from internal users? From PSTN users? Or Both?
