Hi All,

There is issue in auto attendant configuration, If I call company main number that is 10 digit number then it is asking to perss "0" once hit 0 call redirecting to internal extension i.e 4 digit number but after one ring call is getting disconnection, What could be the issue?.

Can you share sip debugs for this call flow.

Assuming your AA is unity connection, is the phones partition assigned in the CSS assigned to the sccp port for unity or the rerouting css of the sip trunk pointing to unity (depending on the type of integration)? Do you have the same issue when dialing from an internal extension to the AA? What is the transfer type on the call handler, release to switch or supervised?
