B-ACD on CME 10.5

Dear all,

I need your help to deploy the B-ACD option on a CME (2911 IOS 15.5 1 T2 - CME 10.5):
- Incoming calls via FXO port
- Scenario:
1- Welcome message
2- Choice of the language: 1, 2 or 3 (three languages),
3- Choice to enter the extension of the person requested: 1 (single choice)
4- Enter the extension number (4 digits),

How to configure this?
Where can I download TCL files?

If you have an active contract you can download them from CCO. Search for CME Complete package.
For the config, look up at the CME Admin guide B-ACD section. You would need to copy the parameters and tweak the configuration per your need.

Nope, those are just GUI files that allow you to access CME web page for some very very basic admin job.
You can download the TCL for B-ACD from here -

The config link is correct.

Who is "172.31.173.6" ?
So, what is happening currently if you dial the pilot number internally and/or externally ?

Enable the following and then make a failed test call -

debug voice ccapi inout

The IP address 172.31.173.6 is a local address configured on CME, We want to know the IP address should be configured on the dial-peer section as the pilot number is a virtual extension

There should not be a need for an IP address until and unless you are looping the call out and back in to the CME in order to trigger the TCL. In this case, you are already getting a call from inbound and invoking it on the incoming leg itself, which should be fine.
From the logs, I don't see much happening after the TCL is triggered. Can you take another set of logs in the buffer and not the IOS terminal ? Also, have you tested this internally, calling from an IP Phone ? For this test you would require this dial-peer.
