BAT - Cisco Dual Mode for iPhone

Is there any way to bulk add Cisco Dual Mode for iPhone using bat. I just tried with normal bat template but getting

d�*�����c��ߋ i9��wp� is not a supported field error

CUCM  version - 8.5

There was some issue with the CSV file, created a new file and that worked properly.
