Bbasic license to enable an Essential phone

Hi All,

What happens if we use a basic license to enable an essential phone? or any other example, Enhanced license for a basic phone?
Currently with a DLU approach we are fine, will it still be supported once UCL is inforced?

There are six licenses categories in the UCL Unified Communications Manager Stack, and any give license always supports a lower license. So, with your example an Enhanced user will support not only the phones in its category, but Basic and Enhanced devices as well.
