BE6000 RAM

Hi,

In a BE6000 configuration (BE6K-M6-K9), the RAM is:
BE6K-RAM-M6-M5
16GB RDIMM SRx4 3200 (8Gb)----------QTY:8

My client is requesting a solution with 48GB of RAM to replace their existing configuration which is:
Cisco Unified Call Manager BE6000 with Two (2) UCS C220 M4 Servers.

So, I want to understand how much RAM the BE6K-M6-K9 has, so that I can propose it.

Can we add more RAM on BE6K-M6? We have default 64BG which is now started to warns for memory usage. What is the max memory does it support?

No, the BE appliance solutions are as-is, hardware changes are not supported.  It will invalidate any technical support for the hardware as well as the installed applications on the host.  If you need hardware capabilities beyond BE offerings, you may want to pursue a general purpose UCS to meet your business needs.
