BE6K - Is starter pack is must even when CUCM is going to be used only for Video devices

Do we need to include starter pack always while ordering BE6K.  As CUCM is replacing VCS in most video deployments, is the starter pack really required when CUCM is used only for Video purposes..  Why should customer waste money for this when they clearly know that they need only TP license.

It would be better to engage your Cisco Account team to check for any queries related to ordering as they would have information on the offers available and can check with the internal teams for any options related to starter packs. Page 13 of the Ordering guide does provide information about the starter packs on BE6000
