BE6k UC application migration

Dears 

We have BE6k with ( CUCM, unity, presence & IM ) this VMs running in this server, and we need to migrate this VMs to another server 

- How we can migrate this VMs and what is best practices ?

- what about our current license it is already installed  ?

- and we need to migrate with all running configuration ?

Thanks a lot for your response , but what about our license ?

Licenses are managed by ELM/PLM on new versions so they won't be affected unless you are migrating ELM/PLM as well with new mac addr.
