Hi Team,
I am planning to proposed for BE6KS for my client.
They are coming up with new office and the company employee are not more than 7 to 8 users it will increase to 50 users, So i have proposed them for BE6KS.
At client place they dont have any connectivity of infrastructure like Switch or Router they are just ordered for 4 Mbps lease line and 1 ISDN PRI line.
The proposed BOQ items are below details:
1) Cisco BE6KS with UCL license.
2) Cisco IP Phones 8841 : 7 nos.
3) Cisco Audio Conference phone 8831 : 1 no.
4) Cisco POE Switch model is WS-C2960X-24PS-L : 1 no.
5) Cisco WiFi Access Point model is AIR-SAP702I-N-K9 : 1 no.
6) Cisco SX20 of 4X : 1 no.
I have two doubts
1) My concern is i have given right solution or not ?
2) While installation the BE6KS can be used as data and voice both for the same office ?
As the connectivity of lease line and PRI line will be terminating on BE6KS/Router i have doubt this solution will do or not can anybody give a good solution for this please suggest for the same.
If the proposed things are right than how the installation should i start first, i has to create a network than voice or shall i go directly for BE6KS installation.
Please suggest for the same or if possible can you please send a architecture diagram.
Regards
Laxminarayan

As my friend Jaime has suggested, if you are a Cisco partner then you can leverage Cisco presales to verify the BoM. Go here http://www.cisco.com/web/partners/support/index.html and open case using the Partner Helpline.
To answer your questions:
1) BE6K- S appears to be prefect fit in your case. It will scale up to 150 users in 2921 router. Its called office in a box solution.
2) Yes the router should be able to do both data and voice.
For installation, you will need to install and configure the router first.
Then you will need to setup remote access CIMC to manage the UCS blade.
ESXi should be pre-installed along with CUCM and Unity Connection (refer to below guide on how to configure these pre-installed apps)

If you're a partner and don't know how to properly size a solution, or what product to offer, you should be reaching pre-sales for this kind of assistance.
If you're not a partner, you should be reaching a Cisco Gold Partner so they can assist you in properly sizing the deployment, and then offering the right solution for them, all things considered.
