I'm adding another subscriber to a CUCM 8.X cluster but the customer has misplaced the Cluster Security Password. If possible, I need to know how to recover or change the existing Cluster Security Password.

Its not possible to recover the security password, but you can change it. You will need to have console access to do that and system will ask you to enter and eject a CD before it will let you reset the password;
Pay special attention the points I have highlighted. Also verify database replication after you have done that.

This has been covered in PLENTY of thread before, a simple search on CSC would have provided the answer. PLEASE search for answers on CSC before posting
