Best approach to migrating with standalone messaging

Customer has “Basic Messaging” that have already been migrated to Unity 9.x/ELM along with 3528 DLUs in CUCM 8.6. What is the best approach to migrating these given they already have standalone messaging licensees?

Is there a guide that can help to assist me with this?

You would convert the DLUs to UCL licenses in ELM based on the User Count Tool and your first-hand knowledge of the account. There is an uplift SKUnavailable for customers wishing to convert UCL (CUCM+APPS) to UWL if they want to go that route.
