Bi-directional Hotline

I have created a hotline that is bi-directional and it works fine. It is connected to a VG224 and has a DN associated to the port. I then have a css that has a translation pattern point the analog phone to another number with a urgent priority. All works great. The location that I am point the call too can then call it back with no issue, but when the calling party hangs-up, the alternate location receives on ring and then the call disconnects.

I believe the issue comes from the urgent priority, but if I take it off the call won't complete from the analog device to the alternate location. I there a way to get the device to not see an off-hook indication when the other side terminates the call.

Hopefully that is clear.

The resolution to a by directional ring down phone connected to a VG224, is to configure the VG224 as MGCP.  If anyone knows what SCCP does not acknowledge the opposite end releasing the call, that would be great to know.
