Hope you all are well!
I guess I'm putting this query in the right queue under "Unified Communication Applications". Here's my query:
When I try to export files for CISCO 7942 phones via BAT I see 73 7942 phones however, when I check/count the no.of 7942s under Device>Phone I find 135 7942 CISCO IP phones. I tried exporting again and this time I found about 45 7942s. Can anyone please assist in helping this fixed?
I've attached the RTMT logs for BAT. The Call manager version is 9.1.2.10000

Hi Rajesh,
If you are using Export Phones > Specific Details , are you able to see the complete list of 135 IP phones when doing a search under this category? Is it working fine for other phone models or is the same?

Hello Manish,
When I tried exporting using "Specific Details" I see 135 number in the CSV file but there're many blank spaces meaning not all of the 135 7942 shows up.
