Bulk Export and Import with Cisco Unity Connections

Hi,

Currently we have approximately 2700 users with mailboxes in our cluster.  Very few of those users get a smtp alert with a .wav of the voicemail while all other users get just a smtp alert that they have a voicemail but no .wav file.  We are wanting to push the smtp with .wav file option to everyone.  Is there a easy way to do this with the BULK ADMIN tool?  I have not been able to play around with it yet due to the fear the export will cause system delays during business hours.

Cisco Unity Connection version: 11.0.1.21900-11
