Not currently - you can move the entire system with DiRT or single users with GSM - there's no bulk subscriber move utility as yet. It's on the to-do list for GSM to allow moves of more than one user by "remembering" the options you select with the wizard and allowing you to multiple select - the actual SQL work and synch must still happen one at a time but at least you don't have to sit there for each one.
