Ok, we are running MP 6.x - i just upgraded to MR5, however in MR4 we had it set so that when you called in to attend a meeting you did not get the initial 'To attend a meeting, press 1' prompt (i believe this is voice prompte #149). Now that i have upgraded to MR5, we get the prompt again. I am not sure how this was bypassed previously and TAC is saying that it can not be bypassed in MP6, however we had it working in the previous MR.
I did search through the community and could not find anything, anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.
Kevin.

I am wondering if this can be done with a flex menu?

SOLUTION:
Add this in the dialgroups.txt file on the MP IP Gateway server. Ensure dialgroups.txt
file can be open and viewed normally using Notepad.
