Hello,
When a call is queued in CUACA 11.0, we hear the ringing out of the computer speaker, and that's fine. However, when the receptionist has answered a call and is talking on a call already, when another comes in and it is in the queue, we hear a regular beep coming out of the computer speaker. We would like to turn that beep off. Does anyone know a way to turn off that beep?

Hello, you can try and set the Ring Setting (Phone Active) on the line of the extension you want to stop the beep. They are all kinds of settings that you can choose. The is also a Global parameter on the Service Parameters of Callmanager. It is Called Ring Setting of busy Station. I hope this helps

This doesn't apply at all. Calls are queued in Attendant Console before reaching the IP phone, so these settings would not apply. Thanks for the attempt though.
