Call Detail Report

Is there any way that I can generate a report with complete call details like call duraiton, called time, destination number and dialed number etc............

Hi Venkatavitsusa,

CUCM offers some built-in reports for displaying CDR information:

  1. From the main admin page, select "Cisco Unified Serviceability" on the top right drop down menu
  2. Go to "Tools --> CDR Analysis and Reporting"
  3. In that page, you can run a number of reports. If you go to "CDR" menu, you can then search for the details of CDR by user, extension, gateway, etc. You can also export your CDRs as a CSV

Now, there are some 3rd party products from partners that can also help you with the CDR analysis and offer some more enhanced reporting, taking advantage of the exporting feature that you can automate. It all depends on what you are looking for in terms of basic reporting or advanced reporting.
