Dear Team,
Our customer reported an issue.
Call forward not working.
When a user press cfwdall softkey, the phone immediately responds with "call cannot be completed" IVR.
The phone is not allowed to enter even a single digit. at the same time call forward is happening when we were given the extension in the text box under line page configuration.
Troubleshooting steps followed:
DNA: Call routed properly in the analysis.
cross verified the partition and CSS.
